Ronca, Hanley, Nolan & Zaremba, LLP (formerly Ronca, McDonald & Hanley) was established in 1974. The founding partners were John J. Ronca (1938-1992), a graduate of St. Johns Law School, Queens, New York, and Peter J. McDonald, a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, Newark, New Jersey. The firm offers a wide range of legal services, primarily addressing the handling of all phases of Civil Trial and Appellate Litigation and the representation of insurance carriers in the defense of claims asserted against their insureds, as well as the prosecution of Subrogation claims on behalf of their clients.
